We are seeking a Systems Engineer who has a combination of technical expertise and the ability to understand the business. How you will achieve success:

• Managing and advancing Azure Active Directory efficiently, ensuring secure access and identity management across cloud resources while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
• Maturing resilient user lifecycle workflows, and building scalable identity governance systems that enable flexible, compliant access solutions.
• Designing, managing, and securing devices and applications through a robust Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) framework, utilizing Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Incorporating zero-trust principles and focusing on device compliance architecture, ensuring a secure environment that continuously verifies and validates access privileges.
• Collaborating with the Network and Security teams to ensure a secure and compliant infrastructure, addressing potential vulnerabilities and risks

What experiences will help you in this role:

• 5+ years of Desktop Support experience (Windows and MacOS).
• Knowledge of all core Microsoft enterprise technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Expertise in server maintenance and remote server and desktop troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Azure Active Directory and on-premises AD integration.
• Experienced in MDM/MAM systems (Windows and Mac), and zero-trust principles.
