About the Job: The Customer Education team creates and distributes scalable digital content worldwide aimed to onboard, enable, and support users throughout every phase of their Contentsquare journey. The go-to-market team of Customer Education focuses on new features and new product releases to drive customer awareness and engagement. As an intern on this team, you will own an area of our product offering and work with Product go-to-market teams to ensure the successful launch of new features. You will also help develop our in-app strategy and content offering which helps to guide users during their onboarding phase, provide contextual and in-the-moment support, as well as promote events and releases. The role is based in Paris and reports to the Manager of the Customer Education GTM team located in London. You will collaborate within Customer Education and with stakeholders in Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience to deliver a best-in-class in-app experience.

What you'll do

    • Work closely with go-to-market teams including Product Managers and Product Marketers on the release of new features & products
    • Plan, develop, write, and maintain technical documentation of our platform, methodology, and new features
    • Develop in-app user experiences including onboarding tours, guides, new feature announcements, event promotions, and more
    • Own an editorial calendar of in-app messages and promotions
    • Responsible for the creation and management of internal processes for in-app messaging
    • Creator and reviewer of all in-app content
    • Stay up to date with developments, best practices, and trends within the industry

What you'll need to succeed

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
    • Adept at communicating technical concepts clearly and precisely
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
    • Proficiency in working with Slack and Google Suite
    • Creative, empathetic, collaborative, optimistic, and curious

What makes you stand out

    • Experience working with Customer Support software (we use Zendesk)
    • Experience working with Digital Adoption Platform software (we use Userflow)
    • Fluency in a second language
    • Experience in SAAS software
    • Interest in UX and analytics
