Join our Global Real Estate and Workplace Productivity (GREWP) Team

GREWP supports Akamai's business objectives by engaging and enabling employees worldwide. You'll collaborate with overseas teams, Go to Market leaders, the Office of the CEO, HR, Legal, Marketing, Site Leaders, and local office managers. Our Global Business Operations team, including direct staff and partners, delivers services to key stakeholders globally.

Partner with the best

You will oversee and coordinate our Global Business Operations organization, including supporting Regional Managing Directors. This entails creating business summaries, preparing quarterly review meetings, and coordinating various global meetings. You will manage executive travel, customer visits, and work closely with departments like Sales, HR, and Marketing.

As a Director Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Driving a culture of exemplary professionalism and integrity.
• Leading a high-performance global team by providing leadership, guidance, mentorship.
• Creating an environment that is highly collaborative, compassionate, supportive, along with being driven within itself.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive Global Business Operations Strategy
• Collaborating closely with Regional Managing Directors to ensure regional specific initiatives and business objectives are achieved.
• Supporting global executive travel by coordinating customer events, site leader interactions, PR/communications, event briefings, and regional collaboration.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline.
• Have 15 years of proven experience in Program Management or Sales Operations, within the APJ region.
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in leadership, mentoring and people management.
• Be comfortable around senior leadership.
• Be a clear communicator and possess interpersonal skills to be effective at all levels in the organization.
• Have in-depth knowledge of local regulations and business practices in APJ.
• Be able to adapt to a face pace ever-changing environment.
