About the Role: We are seeking a Brand Partner Strategy Intern to support our team in executing dynamic and impactful brand campaigns. The Brand Partner Strategy Team serves as the main contact for IPSY's brand partners, delivering comprehensive marketing campaigns and detailed post-campaign performance recaps. We also collaborate with various internal teams, including Social/Production, Influencer Partnerships, and Data/Analytics. MUST be a college junior or senior, or recent graduate (within the past year) to qualify.

This position reports to our Brand Partner Solutions Strategist. While this position is remote, candidate must reside in the Los Angeles, CA or New York CIty area, with the ability to go into our office space in one of those locations occasionally. The is a 3-month internship, working 24-32 hours per week, from 9am-5pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the team in project management and execution for brand partner marketing programs across all subscription programs
• Assist with building recaps that are insightful and provide a holistic review of the brand partner campaign for standard programs, showcasing marketing efficiency
• Compile campaign data into appropriate project management tools pre and post brand campaigns – and evaluate for relevant insights and success against KPI
• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the monthly campaign process, ensuring deliverables are met and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Support special projects relating to any / all of: Brand Partner campaign strategy, cross-functional collaboration, data/insights, and/or internal process management
• Monitor and track all monthly marketing support provided to brand partners via campaign management tools, such as TribeDynamics
• Research the latest beauty trends, news, and product launches to aid the team in future strategies

Pay Rate: $20/hr Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location.
