Overview The AV Producer will be responsible for managing the AV post-production finishing processes of our EMEA Marcomms AV assets such as Teasers, Trailers, Social and TV spots etc. in a fast paced high-performance environment. Joining our centralised EMEA Marketing Production team, we require an experienced 8+ years Producer who is able to navigate and evolve complex tools and workflows whilst maintaining operational best practices. Someone who is passionate about all aspects of AV post production, has an entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in an ever-changing environment, possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity and can demonstrate strong judgement in the face of ambiguity.
Key Areas and Skills VENDOR & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- A multi-tasker to be able to manage several different campaigns at different production stages
- Define, communicate, implement and monitor technical quality standards and creative integrity on all project deliverables according to Netflix creative guidelines
- Plan and manage internal and external AV post-production communication and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables.
- Own day to day communication and escalation with internal AV producers, AV localisation manager and external vendors in order to efficiently manage campaigns and key technical initiatives.
- Assist with the sourcing, vetting and onboarding of finishing vendors
- Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.
- Solution-oriented and able to pivot and find ways to achieve the deliverables needed for the success of the campaign.
AV PRODUCTION KNOWLEDGE
- Expert knowledge of the latest trends in AV creative, new formats, global social video ecosystems for paid social platforms, broadcast and cinema
- Finishing, brand, versioning and localisation of AV assets for our EMEA title campaigns; teasers, trailers, TVCs, featurettes etc. into 27+ languages across all platforms.
- End-to-end production of our content sizzle pieces for our regional company events.
- Able to identify and display strong judgement in order to solve delivery issues.
- Understanding of the latest AV software, formats and tooling advancements, including 4K, Dolby Atmos and HDR.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Audition, After Effects and Photoshop.
LOCALISATION KNOWLEDGE
- Proficient in localisation workflows, including graphic packages, subtitling and dubbing of short-form content
XF PARTNERSHIP & RELATIONSHIP
- Work closely with the local Marketing and PR teams, understanding and supporting local, import and export campaign implementation and localisation strategy.
- Provide upstream visibility to the Post Production team to formulate content material needs
- Provide upstream visibility to the Localisation Production Manager to ensure localisation strategy can be executed
- Collaborate with our Globalisation and Dubbing teams on localisation elements and asset QC
- Collaborate with the Media Operations and Paid Social Operations teams in the timely delivery and trafficking of assets
- Support all internal and external teams in the adoption and evolution of our internal tools
