The Role Veeva China SFA is a world-class CRM designed for life sciences in the Chinese market. As a product manager in the China SFA team, you will be deeply involved in the whole product lifecycle, plan the roadmap, drive innovations, and continuously enhance the product to increase its value.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and pain points, provide the best possible solution, and enhance the product in the meantime.
• Work with architects and engineers to design and enhance the platform capability, and set up platform design principles and guidelines.
• Communicate platform features and capabilities to customers, services, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with other roles, such as sales, engineering, services, and the product support team, to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software company
• Strong knowledge of product management principles, practices, and techniques
• Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a Product Manager in a To-B environment
• Understanding software architecture is a significant advantage. This knowledge will enable you to quickly understand our platform capabilities and make accurate designs.
• Familiar with the design of SaaS product
