About the Role Houzz is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager supporting our Industry Solutions business unit, which delivers leading-edge, vertical SaaS solutions to home professionals globally. This person will be responsible for delivering financial reporting and analysis impacting high-profile strategic and operational decisions. We are looking for top performers with a distinguished technical and analytical background demonstrating: -Capacity to serve as a highly effective finance partner to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product organizations. -Excellent collaboration skills to partner cross-functionally. -Judgment and comfort working independently in a fast-paced, decentralized organization.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and enhance Global short/long-range forecast models; contribute to the operating plan with relevant stakeholders and deliver tracking of performance against Plan and Forecast.
• Report on and analyze key SaaS metrics, including subscribers, MRR, and LTV/CAC. Connect trends in performance to key initiatives and strategic priorities to deliver relevant business insights.
• Work with business team leaders to track and manage expenses; serve as key advisor for investment decisions.
• Partner with Accounting, Financial Systems and Data Science teams to ensure timely and accurate financial closes and reporting.
• Proactively drive ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as required.
• Identify and develop process improvements to existing financial models.

At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have

• An undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of FP&A, accounting or related finance experience.
• Extensive experience in financial and cohort modeling within the Software industry.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Project management skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• A passion for and understanding of SaaS and/or subscription revenue companies.
• Experience with Netsuite, PBCS, Essbase, Salesforce and/or Tableau.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks This role has an annual starting salary range of $150,000 - $180,000. In addition to salary, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Houzz. Also, depending on the role, you could be eligible for an equity award. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and specific work location.
