Laserfiche’s consulting team is looking for a dedicated Support Engineer II to diagnose customer software issues, solve problems on the fly, and design and build custom solutions. Eligible States for Remote Work: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia and WisconsinWhat You’ll Do:
  • Work directly with customers to diagnose issues
  • Collect technical information for escalation
  • Support customers with questions about licensing, security, functionality, deployment, and integration
  • Install, configure and license software for implementation
  • Provide troubleshooting, training, and support for customers during testing and post-deployment
Security Clearance RequirementsThis position is assigned to highly sensitive government projects and may require an FBI criminal background check or similar (which require fingerprinting) in addition to the background check Laserfiche conducts for all new employees.   • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience among other factors.
  • Range: $67,000 - $100,000
