About the Role: IPSY is looking for an extraordinary individual to help us handle product fulfillment logistics, inbound / receiving processes, and product quality control processes. As a Temporary Inbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and packaging components arrive at our warehouse on time and in saleable condition, and that products pass all inventory checks and quality control inspections. With millions of product units arriving each month, you will play a key role in crafting and optimizing internal processes and tools to support scalability. Does this sound like you? temporary hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days from home) that reports to the Senior Operations Manager, Inbound and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This is an 8 month temporary position. What You’ll Be Doing: - Coordinate domestic and international logistics with brand partners, working extensively with internal Brand Partnerships teams
- Track compliance of shipments and shipment documentation, following IPSY standards
- Track the inventory of supplies for production activities
- Provide new brand partners with onboarding training
- Support quality control programs
- Coordinate with each IPSY warehouse to resolve any product or quality discrepancies
- Communicate across multiple teams including Accounting, Merchandise, and Marketing
What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor's degree is a requirement
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations for an e-commerce / retail company
- Basic Excel skills are critical for success
- Strong language and communication skills
- Excellent project management
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Team-work mentality and strong cross-functional collaboration
- Strong leadership skills and natural inclination to take initiative
- Flexible with an ambitious spirit, and open to change
- An interest in and knowledge of beauty, style, and makeup
