We are looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to join our team in EMEA reporting to the Director, Product Management. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver on the company’s vision and strategy. As part of this fun, dynamic, nimble team, you will have the opportunity to impact the service provider revenue stream significantly.
You’re the ideal candidate if you are passionate about building security products that delight communication service providers. You are a strategic thinker who develops strong relationships and is exited to take on challenges and shape product strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the product line life cycle—from strategic planning to tactical activities—for security solutions targeting telecom service providers
• Conduct market research through on-going visits to customers and partners to determine requirements for current and future products
• Drive a solution set cross-functionally, determining market requirements, development, product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market planning
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
• Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, special reports, and analyses
• Manage third-party partnerships to augment solution offerings
• Engage with leading telecom service providers to identify new business opportunities

What you’ll bring:

• 8-10 years of experience in product management roles
• Expertise in networking technologies and architectures relevant to service providers
• Knowledge of networking and security protocols
• Experience with network function virtualization and SDN technologies
• Knowledge of 5G mobile packet core services and containerization is a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast-growth environment
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership for the product line
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration and execution
• Knowledge of value-added subscriber services a major plus
• BS/MS in CS, EE, or equivalent experience

What success looks like:

After six months, you will...

• Understand the product strategy for the DNS-based subscriber services solutions in the market
• Develop a detailed product roadmap aligned with engineering and third-party partners
• Have strong familiarity with key target customers and be aligned with the service provider sales teams on short- and long-term opportunities

After about a year, you will...

• Develop a strategy for further solution expansion, including additional third-party integrations and partnerships
• Establish a strategy for GTM expansion
