As a Lead Qualifier, you will play an essential role within our fast-paced organization. You will be expected to deliver results within a deadline-driven environment. The perfect fit for this position is a highly organized self-starter with a great attitude who is willing and able to effectively gather information and communicate clearly to potential BuildZoom customers seeking our services. This is a fully remote, USA based, part-time position working 25 hours/week between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Arizona MST.

Responsibilities

• Call leads to gather information and determine if qualified or not and assign to next team as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and qualification status.
• Continuously optimize and improve lead qualification processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service roles preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
