We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team in EMEA, reporting to the Director and Head of Corporate Communications. In this role, you will roll up your sleeves and support various communications efforts across the company. You will ideate, write, edit, research, work with data, and contribute to communications plans in support of topline business priorities. Additionally, you will support various PR activities globally, help improve and document our communications processes, develop communications measurement reports, and occasionally support writing and editing content for our social and AR channels.

This is an ideal role for someone who has broad communications experience and is looking to hone their communications and organization skills by working cross-functionally. While you will be working closely with the Communications team, you will have the opportunity to work with many stakeholders and others across the Marketing team (including but not limited to: Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, etc.)

You’ll help us shape our unique points of view as you grow your knowledge of our networking and security solutions. You’ll bring strategic thinking, a results-driven attitude, and a desire to deliver communications excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Create compelling external communications content (Write, edit, and proofread) targeted at external audiences.
• Develop communications templates and plans that improve campaign efficiency and productivity.
• Leverage Cision data and analytics to uncover actionable insights that inform high-performing communications strategies.
• Document processes that optimize workflows and maximize team productivity.
• Build communications plans and reports that provide campaign visibility and enable data-driven optimization.
• Produce engaging content for internal newsletters that inform and connect global employees.
• Manage intranet portal that centralizes resources and best practices for global communications.
• Build trusted relationships with regional marketing leaders to understand their needs and deliver targeted solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally to support strategic organizational initiatives and programs.

What you’ll bring:

• 3-5 years of B2B tech communications experience
• Track record of driving results in a matrixed organization
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator
• Proven ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver under pressure
• Organized and collaborative self-starter
• Experience developing strategic communications plans
• Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage analytics
• A knack for creating compelling messaging and content
• Strong project management skills
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
