Role Purpose This position will require a level of advanced attention-to-detail to manage Product & Licensing responsibilities inside the Fanatics Authentic business. The Senior Manager, Product & Licensing role requires superior communication skills with cross functional teams inside a fast-paced work environment to achieve a common goal. This position requires should push the overall business to become more efficient with processes and procedures built around the Licensing Team. Duties and Responsibilities · Manage the day-to-day operations of the Product & Licensing team on a granular level to ensure a smooth flow of information across all departments. · Work towards identifying various inefficiencies with key partners across other departments that cause unnecessary churn. · Work with senior leadership across cross functional departments intracompany to develop new processes and procedures to reduce future roadblocks to growth. · Will manage the Product & Licensing Team and the relationships with outside vendors on various buying functions to grow the hard good business. · Will work with Product & Licensing Team and Fulfillment Center on the successful execution of autograph product sourcing, including but not limited to the Product Mix, Memorabilia Purchases or Auction Processes · Will work closely with league and internal partners to accurately report royalties on a monthly and quarterly basis. · Manage the vision and presentation of all Fanatics Authentic products through the product creation life cycle including website verification, SKU auditing and product launches. · Work with all of levels of employees on the Product & Licensing on training key processes and procedures · Work well under pressure. This industry is driven by hot ticket items with time constraints to get products on the market. · Occasional assistance with athlete signings may be required. · Occasional travel may be required. · Occasional assistance in the fulfillment center may be required. Supervisory Responsibilities · This position has supervisory responsibility. Education and Experience Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent practical experience · Broad Sports knowledge a must · Superior communication skills on various levels. Must have articulate speech, proper business writing skills and ability to “listen” to client. · Must have strong customer service skills and be able to comprehend management and league requests. · Possess excellent interpersonal skills to deal with team members and clients effectively. · Ability to consistently meet goals and high productivity levels on projects as set by yourself and/or Department Manager. · Able to work with minimum supervision and capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced. · Be organized and detail oriented. · Ability to keep on top of your own correspondence. · Expert level mastery of Microsoft Applications and general PC skills (Word, Excel, Email). · General Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus. Physical Requirements · Moderate physical effort required. · Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the facility. Tryouts are open at Fanatics!
