This role in IT PMO at Snowflake will be responsible for partnering with our Business Applications, Product, Sales, Legal and Finance teams that support the Snowflake product and Service offerings across our corporate business application stack. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of multiple projects - defining system impacts and scope, owning the project plan/schedule/budget, driving deliverables, and managing multiple project tracts with moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk. You will be accountable to ensure project commitments and deliverables are met and will interact daily with all cross-functional teams in IT, Business, Security and Compliance. As a Senior Program manager - you will regularly interact with leadership and ensure the smooth delivery of projects in your program portfolio. This role is not a remote work position and requires on-site presence at Snowflake.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Business Applications, Product, Finance & Sales Teams to develop business cases, including the resource, systems, processes, and timeline to successfully execute against program objectives
- Translate Project objectives into detailed project plans, lead and successfully execute through strong collaboration and agile leadership
- Tracks scheduled progress through appropriate metrics and revises as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project/program requirements, scope, risks and change management issues.
- Prepare, present and review change requests, status reports, implementation plans, and recommend resources to execute.
- Work with our legal, security and compliance teams to remediate issues and ensure we comply with all SOX controls and Snowflake certifications
- Develop strong partnerships with business and functional leaders to drive focus on strategic program business objectives and optimize program throughput
- Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning; promote continuous improvement
- Effective Communications across Business and IT domains for both Senior Management and Delivery teams to deliver projects on-time, on-budget.
- Results oriented, leveraging metrics to make necessary tactical and strategic decisions.
- Work on process/efficiency improvement initiatives in the PMO
- Train and develop Associate Project Managers to expand their skills as they grow into Program Managers
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS in a business-related field and/or equivalent years of experience working with software industry/cloud product experience
- 10+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of delivering business value.
- 4+ years of experience managing projects for commercial software products or Cloud services (SaaS experience).
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with SaaS CRM, Billing & ERP implementations (Salesforce.com, Workday)
- Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships with leadership, colleagues, and clients.
- Ability to adapt, to be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
- Relevant certifications preferred (PMP, PMI, Agile)
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience with Agile Development, Scrum Project Management, Lean Principles, Test Driven Development
- Background in business process analysis, requirements, and design
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $169,000 - $241,500.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
