The candidate will perform Reliability analysis of assigned systems using traditional techniques including Reliability Predictions, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Maintenance Task Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis, and Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action. Analyze field performance data and trend failure modes to drive Reliability improvements. Create Technical Source Data for incorporation of on-aircraft maintenance procedures in Technical Publications.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in U.S. as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering or a related STEM degree and 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
- Demonstrated experience in aircraft reliability and/or maintainability (i.e. experience with reliability predictions, reliability design work, analyzing field performance data, trend failure to drive, reliability improvements, creating technical source data for technical publications)
- Understanding of Technical Publications (i.e. overview of structure, practical application in aircraft maintainability and reliability)
Desired Skills:
Data Analysis experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of aircraft/aviation practices.
- Proven process improvement skills
- Experience with all Specialty engineering disciplines (Systems Safety, Reliability, maintainability, Human Factors, etc.) would be beneficial.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
