The goal of the IT Transformation team is to embody and promote the vision and values while supporting the rest of the IT organization to help achieve SPE’s strategic goals. The IT Transformation team works on a variety of initiatives and efforts, examples including process optimization, change management and supporting strategic initiatives in different capacities. In doing this we partner within and outside of IT with the goal of reducing inefficiencies and delivering more value for SPE.

The IT Transformation team is looking for a Manager who is a Jill/Jack of all trades and can help drive critical activities across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an independent, analytical, people-oriented, problem-solver and decision maker who thrives when tackling ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities will vary over time but may include:

• Dive in and support different initiatives – getting up to speed quickly on the issue at hand
• Work directly with key stakeholders from Analysts to CIO to understand root causes to issues
• Proactively develop and recommend solutions that improve the effectiveness or efficiency of the IT organization
• Build out and execute against action plans in partnership with team members and stakeholders – drive initiatives through to completion and end results
• Coordinate across projects and global stakeholder to clarify dependencies and facilitate communication
• Build models and distill insights and implications from analyses
• Promote IT Vision and Values through set initiatives and every day conversation and work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in one of the following fields of project management, management consulting, or strategic/analytical functions (i.e., strategy, business development, etc.). Entertainment or media experience preferred but not required.
• Passion to solve problems and drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Excellent analysis skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Demonstrable experience in project management or improving business processes
• Some experience in change management, enabling impacted groups to adopt changes
• Self-starting and able to work effectively with limited guidance day to day
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to generate and deliver presentations to facilitate and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred

The anticipated base salary for this position is $115,500 - $151,400. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
