Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time early career Project Management and Operations Planning Associate for the C-130J Production Team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between support teams, production management, and clients.
Building aircrafts requires the cooperation of hundreds of individuals and complex production systems. In this fast-paced environment, your role will be to:
1. Review status of projects and budgets.
2. Manage schedules and prepare status reports.
3. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
4. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving.
5. Provide ongoing support to production operations.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or operations engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
