The Branch Customs Specialist - EU, in cooperation with the team, ensures that all customs declarations are done in accordance with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

As a Branch Customs Specialist - EU your responsibilities consist of:

• Subject matter expert for customs
• Handling customs formalities
• Handling all sort of customs declarations in accordance with laws and regulations
• Answering customer questions and advice on operational customs matters
• Active participation in self-development through training and courses
• Maintain AEO certificate
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
• Import and Export customs formalities

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2-4 years of customs experience
• Certified Licensed (Assistant) Customs Broker
• Fluent German and any additional European language is beneficial
• Able to build strong relationships with customers and customs
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
