As an eLearning Content Developer & Project manager, your role will involve overseeing and managing projects related to content development for certification courses and conducting evaluations of potential sellers.

Certified is also a solution for the estimated 30 million small businesses that use SaaS products. Many small businesses don’t have full-time IT support to install, customize and maintain the SaaS products they use; now experts, certified by digital enterprises, are easily accessible and available to assist.

What am I going to do?

Content Development and certification specialists:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop customized certification courses that meet our partners' needs.
• Create engaging and interactive learning content, including written materials, multimedia elements, and instructional videos.
• Develop comprehensive course outlines, learning objectives, and learning outcomes aligned with partner objectives and certification requirements.
• Design and develop effective assessments and quizzes to evaluate learners' understanding and knowledge retention.
• Package course resources in visually appealing and user-friendly formats, utilizing appropriate templates and graphic design elements.
• Set up and configure courses within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless navigation and functionality.
• Manage learners' user accounts, permissions, and course access within the LMS.

Seller Evaluation:

• Independently source and evaluate potential sellers in diverse categories such as creative services, video, graphics, programming, and more.
• Verify sellers' expertise and capabilities through examination of their portfolios, samples, and work history.
• Assess sellers' adherence to Fiverr guidelines and quality standards to ensure marketplace integrity.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of current Fiverr sellers and make necessary adjustments, including removing or adding as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• 2-4 years of experience in content development with a focus on creative packaging and presenting engaging materials within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, technologies, and tools independently.
• Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to seamlessly transition between different projects and adapt to changing priorities.
