About the program:

We have just launched a brand new Young Professionals Program here at Logitech. This program within our Global Commercial Organisation will allow you to grow your business and interpersonal skills, will provide access to career development opportunities within Logitech and will let you be a part of something bigger than just a job.

Your line manager will expose you to real business situations and share industry knowledge, your Business Buddy will coach you through successes & challenges and our People & Culture team will provide continuous feedback to help you take the maximum from this experience.

About you:

We are looking to hire talented individuals who are in the course of bachelor studies (Sales or related area), available to work part-time during semester time, full time during summer break. The duration of the program is 24 months.

You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organised, with strong communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective. Passionate about the tech industry and with strong command of English.

The Role:

Reporting to the Inside Sales Representative SEA, the selected candidate (Inside Sales Intern) will be responsible for the day-to-day operational matters relating to the excellent and smooth running of our office executed proficiently and professionally.

Inside Sales covers SEA markets including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia.

  • Work hand in hand with sales professionals to learn solution-based selling and understand technical sales dynamics.
  • Contact potential clients through warm, cold calls and emails.
  • Support sales and business teams with data analytics and data-driven strategies.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and insight to help develop new business and grow revenue.
  • Work with sales data to drive insights and uncover new opportunities.
  • Work with internally and external stakeholders for cross-collaboration opportunities and partnerships for growth.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and lead virtual sales calls and demos.

Sales Go-To-Market (possible role expansion)

  • Learn Logitech’s B2B hardware, software, and services portfolio and ecosystem and how our GTM strategy is formulated and executed by our sales teams across key markets.

Program Offers:

  • Quarterly, monthly, ad-hoc programs offer: work with, interact with Program requestors to get programs information, and raise in internal system.
  • Follow up with approvers to get the deliverables: Prompt valid offer codes
  • Follow up with requestors for any revision, termination of programs
  • Programs settlement:
  • Load reports from sales system for regular results tracking
  • Get program final program results upon the end of programs, get confirmation and request for debit notes from the partners (through the requestors when applicable)
  • Get all debit notes in place for internal process with regional office
  • Follow up with all parties to get the deliverables: prompt settlement

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills to our team:

  • Current 2nd/3rd year undergraduate student in a related field (business faculty & arts and social sciences faculty)
  • Team-oriented and willing to learn on the fly.
  • Enjoys communicating with customers and strong listening skills.
  • Passionate about enterprise-level technology and professional collaboration.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google tools, including Excel/Sheets.
  • Require to learn CRM applications such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to prioritise and strong organisation skills.
