Werkstudent (m/w/d) - Human Resources

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft, darunter Datenbankpflege, Erstellung von HR-Reportings und KPIs
• Unterstützung bei Recruiting-Aktivitäten
• Mitwirkung bei Projekttätigkeiten z.B.zu den Themenbereichen Inclusion & Diversity, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Prozessverlagerung zum internen Dienstleister HR-Service
• Recherche und Bearbeitung von Fragestellungen im HR-Bereich

Qualifications

Unsere Wünsche:

• Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar, mit Schwerpunkt Personal
• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationsgeschick sowie eine selbständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
