Doximity is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our Operations team. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the data integrity of the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) through proactive data monitoring and reporting. As a key member of the Operations team, the Sales Operations Associate will work closely with the Client Success Managers to ensure all data is accurate on the opportunities and deliverables. This role will also work closely with the Finance Revenue team to address any discrepancies with the data and its relation to revenue forecasting and recognition.

This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Ensure CRM data is in line with contracts.
  • Regular monitoring of opportunities, terms and deliverables in coordination with Sales and CSM teams. This includes new contracts, upsells and amendments.
  • Provisioning for new subscriptions, renewals and upsells.
  • Maintenance of dashboard and reports within Salesforce as they relate to the accuracy and tracking of key data points.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Salesforce knowledge and experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Google Sheets

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $85,000-$105,000 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
