At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. The hiring manager can share more about what hybrid work might look like for this team in the future.

We are looking for an experienced customer service guide to join our growing team in EMEA. GoDaddy’s Domain Name Aftermarket is the largest premium domain reseller in the industry. Our team focuses on helping domain buyers and sellers and even serves as a critical issue point for colleagues that need assistance with an Aftermarket product.

What you'll get to do...

  • Work with customers and colleagues from all around the world
  • Address customer concerns through phone calls, chats and emails
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering and Product, to capture information and resolve cases
  • Become an expert on Aftermarket products
  • Thrive in a dynamic support environment where each team member’s contribution and opinion matters

Your experience should include...

  • Proven track record of providing great customer service
  • Good level of English skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and provide appropriate solutions

You might also have...

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of domains and DNS
  • Understanding of GoDaddy’s products
  • Experience with the Aftermarket industry
  • Understanding Office 365 products - Excel, Word, SharePoint & Outlook
