About the role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who loves technology and entertainment for the position of Ironclad System Architect.The ideal candidate will work closely with Roku’s Legal and cross-functional teams managing Roku’s contracting system, Ironclad, including the implementation of new workflow designs and functionalities in accordance with Roku legal requirements, corporate policies and governance. They are a proactive team player with a head for process, a pragmatic, strategic approach to problem solving and self-starter attitude. They will be non-political, with the ability to serve stakeholders across different business and functional teams. They will work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies, identify and manage pain points, and assist with corrective action and planning processes.

The ideal candidate is not a bystander. They are curious and engaged, willing to jump in to solve problems even when things feel very ambiguous. What you’ll be doing

• Support and execute on the Contract Systems & Operations team’s technology roadmap, including Ironclad and Salesforce builds, maintenance, and troubleshooting, in close coordination with Roku’s Legal team
• Follow internal policies and standard operating procedures related to contract management tools while maintaining confidentiality
• Design and maintain all aspects of Ironclad and related Salesforce integrations
• Utilize expert level knowledge of Salesforce and Ironclad system architecture, provide
  developed best practices to scale the Roku Salesforce and Ironclad instances across multiple business
  units
• Troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc issues and bugs
• Handle daily maintenance tasks
• Participate in the planning, management and execution of systems projects
• Provide business analysis for process improvement and operational excellence in respect to CLM tools
• Contributes business value by staying up to date on new features, automating complex business processes, ensuring the system is clean and efficient, and monitors new releases
• Serves as SME Ironclad expert within the organization
• Respond timely to all inquiries
• Propose innovative ways to streamline operations via tooling solutions and follow through on implementing new processes
• Assist contracts management team and other Roku teams with ad hoc projects as assigned

We’re excited if you have

• Experience with Ironclad, Salesforce, SharePoint, and DocuSign
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with some oversight and be aware of when/how to ask for assistance from senior team members or flag risks that need addressed
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing effective organizational skills to prioritize and manage deadlines for multiple stakeholders
• Comfort with using electronic tools to facilitate and participate in meetings with colleagues located in various time zones

Specific background should include

• At least 2-3 years of Ironclad or relevant CLM experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-department and cross-functional role
