Business Process Analyst - 6 Month Contract

Job Description

As part of the EMEA PMO team, you will partner with and facilitate multi-functional project teams to analyze business processes to identify, document, standardize and lead process improvements, while supporting the prioritization of improvements based on your findings.

This is a highly visible and influential role, driving organizational change, change management and business user testing. This is achieved by providing hands-on team leadership, developing strong relationships and credibility with teams at all levels.

This is a 6 month contract role based from our Dublin city centre office and you will report to the Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a full audit of Enterprise processes, verifying and standardizing current documentation
• Hold cross functional workshops to understand the current state processes
• Map out as-is business processes using BPMN methodology
• Collect requirements and collaborate with teams to identify immediate improvement opportunities, best practise and influence teams to become customer-oriented
• Work with the global teams in the U.S to identify process differences and gaps
• Work together with local representatives to understand local specificities and help to find compromises / workarounds
• Define standard, easy to use, user-friendly business process material and templates
• Help prioritize process improvement opportunities and projects as a result of the process mapping exercise
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to set Riot EMEA up for process excellence
• Collaborate with the business teams responsible for execution of processes to ensure that they are well understood and embedded

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years practical experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Change Management or Management Consulting
• Experience in end-end business process definition, mapping, analysis and improvement tools and techniques
• Experience working in multi-national, matrixed business environments
• Experience working with functional business disciplines, specifically Finance and HR
• Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills at all levels of an organization, experience delivering cross-functional workshops

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with various cloud systems (Workday, Oracle)
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple partners
