Distributor Sales Part:

Biz Related

• Responsible for business planning, license application, and annual license review of distributors of Yunnan Territory

负责云南地区相关的Distributors 的业务规划、牌照申请、牌照年审等

• Driving total volume of responsible Distributors, including: OR, Outbound, achieve business increase in accordance with Yunnan Territory business plan

推动负责的Distributors总业务量,包括订单、出货等,根据云南地区的业务规划实现相应的业务增长。

• Support Distributors and drive Distributors to keep the pace with DI business strategy

支持Distributors并推动Distributors与DI战略同步

• Familiar with Siemens industry products, systems, solutions, service, and digitalization module as well as branch technology, promote and support Distributors to learn and enhance the engineering competence

熟悉西门子工业产品、系统、解决方案、服务、行业知识以及数字化模块,推动促进Distributors进行学习并提升其开发市场的能力。

• Push the development of responsible Distributors' Channel Sales business cooperation and increase the share of this part.

推动负责的Distributors终端销售合作业务的发展,提高终端销售业务的占有率。

• Distributors own business development and market coverage, including own target customers’ development and OR increase

负责的 Distributors自主业务开发和市场覆盖,包括自主目标客户的开发和业绩提升。

• Build partnership ecosystem in Yunnan Territory to assist in territory business development

建设云南地区合作伙伴生态圈,助力区域业务发展。

SI Sales Part:

Biz Related

• Seek new qualified SI or refine current SI to lead the relevant branch market and add the market share

寻求新的合格SI或优化现有SI引领当地相关行业市场并增加市场份额

• Support SI and drive SI to keep the pace with DI business strategy

支持SI并推动SI与DI战略同步

• Familiar with Siemens industry products, systems, solutions, service, and digitalization module as well as branch technology, promote and support SI to learn and enhance the engineering competence.

熟悉西门子工业产品、系统、解决方案、服务、行业知识以及数字化模块,推动促进SI进行学习并提升其工程能力。

• Owner of SI contract, incl. signing, explanation, contract review, etc.

SI合同的所有者, 签署,解释,合同审查等。

• Driving total volume of responsible SIs, including: Drive key opportunities; Implement DI strategy and process; Conduct sales promotion

推动负责的SI总业务量,例如:推动关键机会,实施DI战略和流程,进行促销。

• Supporting SIs to develop SI own business, including: Manage key customers behind SI and conduct joint key customer development; Support SI business planning and conduct review; Organize SI trainings

支持SI开发SI自己的业务,例如:管理SI背后的重要客户并开展共同关键客户开发,支持SI业务计划并进行审查,组织SI培训。

• Responsibility of market share within SI: Increase SI transparency, Develop Siemens market share

• Responsible of DI portfolio promotion in Pab customers, can promote suitable solution according to customer requirement.

负责数字化工业产品在盘柜厂推广及销售,能针对客户需求提供合适的产品及解决方案

Partner(mixed DS&SI) Sales Total:

Order Related

• Order work incl. follow-up of delivery issues, etc.

订单相关的工作,包括后续的发货问题等。

• Systematic sales approach to Partner, including CDP and CRM maintenance, etc.

系统化的合作伙伴销售方式,包括CDP和CRM维护等。

• Internal data reporting request

内部数据报告需求。

Internal coordination

• Coordinate Siemens internal resources to support key opportunities and Partner development

协调西门子内部资源以支持关键机会和合作伙伴发展。

• Coordinate with Siemens sales and Partner for deep cooperation

协调与西门子销售与合作伙伴深入合作

• Follow Siemens compliance regulation and rule

遵守西门子合规要求和规则

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor or above major in Industry Automation Control

本科及以上学历,专业工控/电气相关者优先;

Partner or Sales Channel administration experience

合作伙伴管理或是渠道管理经验者优先;

Digital business experience.

数字化业务经历优先;

Good English reading, writing and speaking.

良好的英文阅读、听写能力;

Familiar with various office software usage, Such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.

熟悉各种办公软件使用,比如:Excel, PowerPoint, Word等;

3 years above sales working experience in automation or relevant.

至少3年以上工控相关行业经验;

Teamwork spirit

较好的团队合作精神

Able to work under pressure.

良好的抗压能力
