Principal Product Manager - Product Integrations

Your future team The Product Integrations team creates amazing off-Atlassian experiences, bringing the power of Atlassian products to where users work. This team owns apps that connect Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, and Trello with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google, and Slack. We're looking for an experienced product leader who will help us build for the future. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving team with a lot of autonomy. You'll develop a vision for the future of how Atlassian products will work with partners, in close collaboration with the senior product, engineering, and design partners and our Partnerships and Growth teams.

What you'll do

• Own our product integrations strategy and paint a compelling vision for your team and stakeholders
• Lead a cross-functional team to build lovable off-Atlassian experiences that impact millions of users
• Define a roadmap to improve existing integrations and identify new integrations to invest in
• Collaborate with teams across Atlassian to bring integrations to more products and scale your impact

Your background

• 10+ years product management experience, including managing product managers, and leading multiple roadmaps/streams of work
• Have built integrations, or products that rely on integrations. Bonus if you've worked with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Jira integrations
• Balance of strategy and action: you love developing a vision, but are also able to get into the weeds and quickly produce.
• You love designing and implementing experiments, using a combination of qualitative and quantitive data to measure success.
