At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.​

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Technology Risk Management to help us assess security risk, build, and maintain IT compliance programs, implement, and automate compliance activities, and enable the business to make risk-based decisions. What you'll get to do...

• Lead and mentor a team of senior risk and compliance experts
• Consult with various stakeholders and support governance initiatives to help ensure ongoing compliance
• Oversee strategic planning of work across the team to achieve goals with greater efficacy, fostering an environment of cross-training and team growth
• Maintain knowledge of changes to IT regulatory environments to support planning and critical issues across the team
• Guide the team to ensure continuous process improvement and automation techniques, assisting in efforts directly when needed
• Work closely with developers to provide requirements and user acceptance
• Troubleshoot team tools and systems, answer questions, and develop/maintain documentation to support team processes

Your experience should include...

• 10+ years’ experience with security risk management, IT compliance, IT audit, and/or related focus areas
• 2+ years of experience directly managing people
• Expertise in multiple compliance areas such as PCI DSS, WebTrust, SOC, ISO 27001, SOX ITGC, NIST, CIS
• Relevant industry certification(s) such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, PCIP (ISA or QSA), CISA, CGEIT, CIPP
• Solid ability to obtain consensus in highly contested situations
• High degree of creativity and problem-solving proficiency
• Experience implementing IT GRC in a highly complex environment
• Experience with implementation and use of GRC Tools such as ServiceNow GRC/IRM
• Excellent working knowledge of the auditing process and audit self-service
• Experience designing and coding programs in support of automation

You might also have...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT Security, Engineering, or a similar subject area
• Experience with security monitoring processes and solutions using tools such as TripWire and Idera
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration lifecycle including RBAC and access certification using tools such as SailPoint
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Jira, GitHub)
• Experience coding (PowerShell, SQL, VBA, Node, etc.) a plus
