As a member of the AMMM (Air Mobility Maritime Missions) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, this individual will be responsible for the long range plan development as well as full cash oversight of multiple contract portfolios including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals. A broad range of financial knowledge will be required for this position including a familiarity of business processes including developing and maintaining Long Range Plan, revenue recognition, orders recognition and billing requirements. Develop, flow down, and track program financial goals / targets for assigned programs. Coordinate with program finance / cost analyst and business management team to ensure that Company/Program Financial Objectives are achieved. Establish collaboration across business functions to achieve financial goals. Prepare and provide status of Program’s financial performance.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

AeroBusiness
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college
• Experience with financial analysis and developing metrics
• Experience with financial modeling, and supporting leadership decision making
Desired Skills:
• Experience with financial planning / forecasting
• Proficient with MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Familiarity with LM Aeronautics business systems including SAP, Hyperion, EssBase and Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE)
• Experience with Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash
• Experience with all contract types and their billing requirements
• Experience working on multiple projects and assignments and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Verbal and written communication skills with a process improvement oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Data Analytics Tools: Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, knime
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
