We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our Digital web team in a 6-month remote contract role located in WA, OR, CA & NV. In this role, you will plan, manage, develop, and execute a content marketing plan designed to support current operations and projects, collaborating with the global marketing team. You will own End-to-end programs for various web initiatives, including web redesigns, campaign execution, content migrations, managing localization deliverables, and request translation within Smartling (cloud-based translation technology). As a digital marketing resource, you will work directly with our 3rd party agencies and internal teams to implement industry-leading digital best practices through current projects and day-to-day tasks. This will include working with our current marketing tech stack, including Smartling, Monday.com, etc.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience managing localization and globalization deliverables and request translation. You show proven results for growing a business, processes, and systems to drive growth and efficiencies. You can adapt to a fast-paced environment, think differently and see opportunities/solutions where others don’t.

What you’ll do:

  • End-to-end program ownership for a variety of web initiatives, including web redesigns, campaign execution, content migrations, managing localization deliverables and request translation within Smartling (cloud-based translation technology)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on ongoing site content updates and optimization, including managing localized/translated content and international sites
  • Champion efficient, high-quality project management execution through continual optimization and iteration of processes and resources for web production workflows in Monday.com
  • Perform regular site audits to ensure various pages are up-to-date, accurate and reflect current business and marketing priorities
  • Manage website content, including adding new content, updating existing content in support of marketing campaigns, international expansion and overall business goals
  • Manage the process to ensure all site experiences are on-brand and accessible
  • Lead collaboration with stakeholders through transparency to understand the goals and scope of project requirements and own the development of project timelines and milestones
  • Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences
  • Run and own A/B testing initiatives, including analytics and reporting on successes.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of Digital Marketing Program / Project Management experience
  • 1+ years’ experience managing content localization and multilingual content projects (Internationalization / Localization)
  • Success managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with web content management systems (Wordpress, Contentful, AEM, Drupal, etc.), project management tools (Monday.com), localization tool (Smartling), Digital Asset Management (Adobe, similar), and analytics tools (Google Analytics) is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing vendors
  • Ability to prioritize and pivot on changing business needs
  • Strong bias toward action
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to an evolving environment with competing priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience partnering closely with cross-functional partners from a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds
  • Must live in the Pacific time zone (PST)
  • BA/BS degree or higher in Marketing, Linguistics, or other related fields
