The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for selling and delivering products and services to the independent dealer market. AA is also responsible for the Bosch Car Service network (which is the largest network of independent garages in the world) and the AutoCrew network.
You will be working as an assistant of the Trade Marketing and Communication team in the Automotive Aftermarket division. Your main activities will be translation, proofreading and writing support for the Automotive Aftermarket France-Benelux team. Your translation skills in Dutch and French will be requested on various supports like web platform (Intranet, Extranet, and websites), flyers, catalogues, social media, Marketing presentations (for internal and external public) and promotional materials for customers.
We are looking for a Translator to interpret written and visual pieces in French, Dutch and English making sure to maintain their original meaning, format and tone.
French to Dutch (65%)
Dutch to French (30%)
English to Dutch (5%)
Translator responsibilities include reading and thoroughly understanding the context of given material, using specialized dictionaries and translation tools and proofreading finished pieces of work. To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and be fluent in French and English in addition to your native language.
You are currently a student in translation and interpretation with interest in mobility sector like automotive world.
You have gained some practical experience and you are confident in working with MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
You have excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore, you are very well-organised and flexible and you can work independently and efficiently on a tight deadline.
Dutch is your native tongue and you have an Advanced level in French and English .
