Description:Job Description: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) for an Expatriate position in Zielonka, Poland (15miles outside of Warsaw). This position requires a minimum 2 year commitment (estimated end date of Nov 2025) as an Expatriate in Poland. This position will support the PAC-3 Poland Offset Program for Integrated Air and Missile Defense. The SPM will be responsible for providing comprehensive program oversight to ensure that all standup activities at location are implemented consistent with planned strategies and commitments, serve as the lead on behalf of Lockheed Martin, and will be reporting status to all levels of Program Management and Global Supply Chain in support of technology transfer and production line capability standup. The SPM will act as a liaison between Lockheed Martin leadership and the assigned partner company(s) in Poland. The SPM will manage multi-functional resources in the execution of contract requirements such as training and technical assistance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Willingness to relocate to Poland for a min 2-year expatriate assignment
- Demonstrated Project management and leadership experience
- Ability to work autonomously while executing leadership plans/vision
- Ability to effectively manage and work with cross functional and geographically dispersed team
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and deal with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor’s degree in business or Engineering or related discipline.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of PAC-3 systems and operations is preferred
- Knowledge of and experience with implementing Transition to Production requirements
- Experience in managing international programs/projects
- Experience in International Trade Compliance (ITC), export licensing
- Experience in EVMS
- Experience working with external customers and suppliers
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships based on mutual respect with peers, customers and team members
- Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin processes
- Experience in supplier development
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements and implementation
- Ability to travel (domestic and internationally)
- Polish language proficiency a plus
