Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, End User Packaging & Deployment to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for application packaging and deployment with Intune and SCCM/MECM environments
  • Responsible for collection creation using SQL and WQL dynamic queries; Act as point of escalation for Level 3 support and major incidents, working with vendors to resolve complex technical issues
  • Interface with internal customers to provide support related to software deployments; Maintain documentation, including operational procedures, knowledge articles and user reference guides
  • Support and maintain the environments for our standard products; and resolve technical issues that will require partnering with other technology teams and vendors to identify root causes and provide solutions
  • Provide input into change management based on inquiries coming through the help desk & perform associated administration and configuration changes; Participate in incident, problem and emergency response process; and assist in incident management
  • Review metrics associated to services provided and drive continual service improvements regardless of where the technology components, skills, or processes reside; Perform system health checks and create test cases for new tools

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of enterprise experience in application packaging and deployment with Intune and SCCM/MECM environments
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to work with onshore and offshore business units; the ability to meet project deliverables with minimal user disruption
  • Advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
  • US Citizenship is required
