Job Description

We’re looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales EMEA to lead our growing Corporate and Strategic team in EMEA! As a Sales Leader at Vimeo, you will lead several teams of Sr. Account Executives and Strategic Sales Directors based in London.

As a Director, you should have strong interpersonal skills, a desire to help customers achieve their business goals, and a strong ability to find and develop talent. If you are highly driven, passionate and have relevant industry knowledge, we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll manage a diverse sales team of professionals and maintain your sales and technical expertise to engage directly with prospects and work cross-functionally. You’ll drive operational efficiencies across the sales organization to ensure we build a best-in-class team that scales.

What you'll do:

  • Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain a high performing team
  • Coach and motivate your teams to become top achievers and future leaders
  • Exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets by effectively managing the sales team
  • Work directly with leading brands and companies to help them solve their online video needs
  • Maintain CRM data and pipeline within Salesforce.com
  • Develop best practices for customer attraction from ideal customer target identification, personalized prospecting through to the closing process
  • Understand customer and market trends
  • Develop, share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors
  • Continue to develop your professional skills, mentor others and seek mentorship

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a sales,
  • 7+ years of experience leading sales teams,
  • Experience with SaaS technology,
  • Solid sales foundation built through sales training and practical experience,
  • Passion for Vimeo and our creator community,
  • Ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts to solve problems,
  • Comfort with a fluid, fast-paced environment and navigating matrixed organizations,
  • Passion for problem solving with a roll-up-your sleeves demeanor.
