Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.
HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m2, and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description

1. Provide Internal Software Development Service for plant

• Provide technical consultancy for Software Development and System integration
• Develop applications for internal customers
• Manage software development projects

2. Sustain excellent operation of responsible applications as per Service Level Agreement

• Ensure application operation, covering incident & problem management, change management, etc.
• Enhance & expand features of responsible applications as per business need

3. Sustain 24/7 HcP's Oracle/ SQL Database in HcP

• Design and Implement database solutions for HcP
• Ensure 24/7 excellent operation for HcP's Oracle/ SQL Database

Qualifications

1. Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor degree. Major in IT Software Development
• Relevant professional certificates for DBA e.g Oracle OCA/ OCP
• 3-5 year-experience .NET competence

• 3+ years’ experience in .NET competence
• Proficient C#, NET Framework, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework and SQL Server/ Oracle
• Good knowledge of OOP, clean code
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Having experience of any JavaScript front-end framework e.g. Angular, React,... is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Info security in programming and performance optimization
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI and No SQL is an advantage
• Good knowledge of programming patterns and principles e.g Separation of Concern, Repository Pattern, Unit Of Work, DRY, SOLID
• Be able to do code review and support junior developers
• Effective communication in English & Vietnamese (speaking, listening, reading & writing)
• Effective and smooth collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers
• A team player. Easy to work with. Participate team's and company's team building activities
• Analytical thinking. Self learning capability, Knowledge transfer capability

• Ready for travel when needed (for training/ project/ cross-site support)
