What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented production designer to help establish and maintain our brand systems and further develop our marketing assets. The production designer will work directly with the creative team and is responsible for establishing template systems, owning brand libraries and guidelines, designing and versioning assets for various marketing channels and placing finishing touches on creative projects. The ideal candidate has an impeccable attention to detail, is passionate about creative systems, is extremely organized while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference

• Execute day-to-day design and versioning of high-volume creative assets including: emails, paid ads, display ads, social media, website, direct mail, print, retail and other brand collateral
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Visual Designers and UX Designers, think systematically to develop holistic template systems and brand libraries to ensure consistency
• Review graphics, layouts and fonts in digital and print assets prior to handoff and during QA process, to ensure the brand is properly executed
• Maintain fluid communication with project managers and visual designers to deliver creative assets on time and to spec.
• Suggest improvements to process, design and systems for both digital and print
• Cataloging seasonal and evergreen branded assets, images and graphics for reference of future projects.
• Prepare and wrap-up press-ready files based on the supplied specifications
• Keep current with graphic design trends, systems, techniques, and software advancements

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline
• Proven work experience as a production artist, graphic designer, or similar with a strong portfolio showing background rooted in digital, brand design and creating template systems
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and in-depth knowledge of printing, email and site process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and react to quick turnarounds in a timely manner
• Basic knowledge of HTML or coding or Shopify ecommerce a plus
