Then come and join our global team as the Global Head of Payroll & Time Management (f/m/d) to lead the global payroll function and deliver world-class payroll support and services to our 68,000 associates.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop our overall gobal payroll and time & attendance streategy, supporting local/global activities to align with global strategy.
  • Lead and inspire the global payroll team to ensure the right people, at the right time, get paid the right amount
  • Guide our approved global payroll transformation project to standardize and streamline our current set-up over the next 3-4 years
  • Lead activities in service level management in partnership with our regions and vendors to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner closely with various stakeholders (finance, tax, total rewards, legal, IT and the business) to ensure payroll is processed securely as per defined procedures, guidelines, legal requirements and in compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Keep up to date on required regulatory/compliance requirements and ensure compliance across the function
  • Manage and drive resolution in any escalated operational delivery risks or issues
  • Manage and influences multiple stakeholders including expectations

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a major area of concentration in business or accounting preferred or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience leading global teams and working in a matrixed environment
  • Experience managing vendors from negotiating contracts to continuous improvement
  • Proven experience in leading a Payroll Transformation project
  • Experience with major Payroll and ERP systems required (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior management

  • You have keen business acumen and collaborate successfully with stakeholders from all management levels
  • You communicate with ease in English, enabling you to operate successfully in our international context; knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • Furthermore, you convince with your extensive project planning skills and ability to design, implement, and facilitate complex payroll transition projects
  • We listen first: You have strong communication skills and include diverse perspectives
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, think out of the box and take a proactive approach to implementing innovative ideas
  • We win together: You enjoy working with people from other cultures and develop trusting relationships by sharing and seeking input
