This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Complete online bank notes transaction on time including notes in, transfer, on due and discount; manage relevant bank notes and payment records according to GFSS AP payment preparation process.
• Need to be fully aware of the accuracy, cycle time, etc. for uploading, payment, closing.
• Responsible for the bank account management, such as seal maintenance and charge, or bank credit limited.
• Support auditor to complete internal and external audit
• Coordinate to tackle other issues during assigned tasks

Qualifications

Requirement:

• 1-2 years’ experience in administrative or accounting function
• Proficient in MS office with basic English communication skill
• Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure
• Owning clear logic and learning ability with efficiency and accuracy
