Job Summary

Responsible for providing strategic account management and sales leadership for an assigned portfolio of existing national customers. Develop and manage overall account strategies for specific named accounts, including identification of incremental revenue opportunities, new product and service opportunities and retention of embedded base services. Responsible for overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction in addition to delivering customer revenue and retention objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusting and consultative relationships with monetization decision-makers at Tier 1 & Tier 2 publishers in Spain
  • Collaborate, strategize, and execute quarterly and annual plans for growth, investment, and overall innovation with key external stakeholders
  • Establish and grow programmatic inventory access & prioritization with all partners across various points of distribution
  • Identify areas of potential growth, accelerating strategic opportunities
  • Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams
  • Maintain regular account contact to ensure positioning and alignment of company services within assigned accounts
  • Provide thought leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable actions aligned with revenue goals
  • Become an expert in client specific yield processes to craft unique solutions that drive utilization of FreeWheel’s Monetization platforms and services
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive landscape and market trends while providing product feedback
  • Maintain engagements at customer locations or place of business, for the purpose of closing a sales
  • Collaborate closely with FreeWheel’s Publisher Account Teams to simplify workflows and reduce friction between supply and demand
  • Collaborate with sales, finance and operations leadership to develop project plans and overall strategy to optimize sales opportunity, while providing a superior customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • More than 5 years of experience in the Media and/or Advertising Technology space in client facing roles
  • Track record of growing revenue either at a video publisher, technology vendor supporting video publishers, or agency
  • In-depth knowledge on ad serving, programmatic, yield, ad exchanges, DSP/SSP's, DMPs, and a firm grasp of the media distribution landscape
  • Proficient in Spanish and English
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Recognized self-starter capable of flourishing in fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
