Corporate IT Engineer

Job Description

Integral Ad Science is seeking a Corporate IT Engineer to join our growing Corporate IT team based out of Pune, India.

As a key member of Corporate IT, the Corporate IT Engineer will have the opportunity to work with and provide high quality service to business owners and stakeholders across Integral Ad Science globally.

What you’ll get to do:

• Maintain and Support SaaS based applications (Google, Box, Okta, Mimecast, etc.)
• Manage deployment (OSX and Windows), installation, configuration and operation of computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines
• Resolve internal customer tickets in timely manner via Issue Tracking System
• Recommend and/or perform upgrades on desktop/laptop systems to ensure uptime
• Collaborate with vendors, Integral Systems and Network teams to resolve technical problems with computers and business applications
• Ensure all approved desktops, laptops and peripheral hardware are accurately inventoried and correctly assigned (perform spot checks for verification) to help with the asset management lifecycle
• Train internal customers on appropriate use of approved hardware, software and peripheral as required by Standard Operating Procedures

You should apply if you have most of this:

• Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues on Apple/Lenovo/Microsoft devices running MacOS and Microsoft Windows
• Understanding of SaaS Application operations and integrations (e.g. Okta administration experience)
• Experience in user account management, email administration and troubleshooting
• Ability to troubleshoot basic computer connectivity (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), software, printing problems
• Experience in identity/access management using OKTA/similar identity providers
• Analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Understanding of automation via scripting a plus
• Ability to lift and handle packages/hardware (laptops, monitors, etc.)
• 3+ years’ experience in IT
