What is special about this role?

Helix is growing and seeking top talent to add to our Talent Acquisition Department! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences. Our goal is to hire Recruiters that become strong embedded partners with our Clinical and Life Science Teams, have a broad network of talent at their fingertips, and have a high level of experience with full-cycle Recruitment in the Life Science Industries.

As a Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences, you will:

  • Provide exceptional strategic support to both the Hiring Managers and Candidates
  • Source, screen, and provide detailed written assessments
  • Utilize your active relationships with candidates in the Life Science and Pharmaceutical verticals
  • Proactively source talent
  • Manage requisition(s) in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Communicate to Helix Leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates in a timely manner
  • Use pipeline analytics and market data to educate your partners and identify bottlenecks in our process

About you:

  • Strong network of industry contacts is a must
  • Five (5) + years of experience in Full-Cycle recruitment in the Life Sciences industry required
  • Experience utilizing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) required
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other venues for sourcing and networking
  • Excellent organization and time management skills required
  • Ability to technically qualify candidates
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with computers/technology
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving hiring goals
  • Strong offer close ratio

Pluses:

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS
  • Experience with Gem as a sourcing tool
