Job Description:

Technical Project Manager Role for Automation & IT Solution Services team responsible for planning and management of projects to ensure delivery in a timely fashion and within budget for our internal & external customers across the globe.

Key Responsibility:

· Good understanding in ‘IT Infrastructure and Service operation’ transformation solutions using emerging technologies like RPA , ITPA and Service automation. Understanding of RPA Concepts is mandatory

· Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

· Collaborate with various SME’s, technical & functional teams to assess, design, deploy and manage automation use-cases.

· Manage Proof of Concepts to help the business & recognize the feasibility of an automated solution including new age technologies

· Enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures. Ensures documentation is well maintained.

· Works collaboratively with clients, test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.

· Reports status, issues and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis.

· Process re-engineering and signoff with the clients. Track the developments and implementation at a process level

· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

· Have knowledge of new & ongoing technologies and where applicable advise the company to take advantage of it

· Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Qualifications

· Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Management.

· PM Certification like PMP,CSM would be preferred.

· Must have delivered end to end automation projects using latest new age technologies

· Must have strong communication skills to be able to convey messages to clients and team members

· Stronghold on project management tools such as mpp, JIRA etc along with SDLC and Agile, Kanban or Scrum methodologies.

· Must have Team management skills include the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities, handle conflicts, evaluate performances and coach team members to help them improve their skills.

· Should be adept at Risk Management & Problem solving.

· Should be flexible, energetic, and capable of making sound project decisions, Self-motivated team player, action and results oriented

· Willing to work in UK shift timings based on customer needs.

· Willing to be flexible to work and explore various tools based on demand.

Additional information

· Background of project management tools such as mpp, JIRA etc along with SDLC and Agile, Kanban or Scrum methodologies.

· Understanding of programming concepts and a programming background in any coding language, like Java, .Net or Python

· Should be flexible, energetic, and capable of making sound project decisions, Self-motivated team player, action and results oriented.

· Good business communication skills & client facing skills.

· Willing to travel to the customer’s locations on need basis within India or outside India.

· Willing to be flexible to work and explore various tools based on demand.

Qualifications

M.Tech , MCA , BE or B.Tech
