Our team is split across 5 pillars, including the Curation Operations, each with its own vision, strategy & roadmap. The Curation Operations team establishes the best capabilities to curate our weekly and bi-weekly auctions ensuring smooth tooling and processes.

A real 'spider in the web', the Commercial Operations team is a key player between Commercial teams, Product, Finance, Legal, HR and ensures Catawiki is set up for success.

About the role

As a project manager within the Sales Operations team, you will help to turn ideas into solutions and solutions into reality. You’ll own and work on internal projects focusing on the supply side of the business. As a project manager you will be responsible for deliverables assigned in each internal project and that these are according to time, quality, scope and budget.

What will you be doing?

  • You will create and manage the execution of a project plan and day-to-day deliverables of assigned projects
  • You manage the deliverables of cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Support) and hold them accountable
  • You understand and manage expectations and ensure adequate internal and external communication of information
  • You proactively identify, resolve and escalate risks and/or issuesd

As part of the role you will:

  • Create project plans and execute them into measurable deliverables
  • Ensure actions and key deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Develop detailed project plans and communicate project performance throughout the project lifecycle to all stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Maintain and update all project plan documentation, from initiation through execution to closeout.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality deliverables on time and on budget
  • Establish a golden standard of project management

Who you are:

  • As a Project Manager you are naturally strong in organisational- and communication skills. You are result- and quality-oriented, decisive.
  • You have at least three years of work experience as a (project)manager in a commercial/industry setting.

Knowledge and Skills

  • You have at least 3 years of work experience leading projects and with formal project management methodologies.
  • Degree (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience creating factual and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to analyse, make decisions, prioritize, assess and mitigate risk.
  • Focus on quality deliverables throughout project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving skills and a natural affinity to a structured way of working
