Engineering Manager, Core Platform Infrastructure

We’re seeking a technical, hands-on Engineering Manager to build, grow, and lead a new team of engineers who would be responsible for the vital APIs that drive our core platform. These products have a tremendous reach and impact within Chartboost, our partners, and game players around the world.

Impact you will make:

• Be the first Engineering Manager on a new team aiming to build the next generation of our ad-platform.
• Help build and grow a team of superstar backend & frontend engineers.
• Build high-quality restful APIs and microservices in Python and FastAPI.
• Build high-quality user interfaces with React, Javascript, Html, and Css
• Conduct code reviews and define development processes.

Who you are:

• BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Technical engineering manager who is hands-on and can code.
• 4+ years of professional experience managing a team of engineers.
• Knowledgeable about best practices, Restful APIs, unit-testing, and design patterns.
• Experience working with both frontend and backend codebases (Full-Stack)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Jenkins, Travis, Spinnaker or other CI/CD tools.
