What will you take care of?
You will be inserted as Commercial Manager for Chassis system products (ESP, iBooster, IPB, Wheel Speed Sensor, Airbag and Airbag Sensors) and as Project Manager for CC products.
The resource will be responsible for the following activities:
Help shaping the future: you will evaluate business cases and clarify sales business frame with BU
Take on responsibility: you will be responsible for the commercial aspects of assigned products / components
Experience cooperation: you will lead commercial specific activities related to ECR introduction aligned with customer team, Global Customer Team Leader / Regional Customer Team Leader and x Customer Chief Engineer
Reliable implementation : you will lead the achievement of project objective and targets of assigned products / components (time, cost, budget and profit, scope, quality, procurement) including escalation if project target is jeopardized.
What distinguishes you?
Education: Master Degree in Automotive/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Experience and know-how: strong experience as Commercial Manager or as Project Manager in automotive systems or in principal electrical and electronic systems for automotive field, deep understanding of quality management systems.
Working Method: Mastery of the main IT systems and collaboration tools, self-organized, strong negotiation and problem solving skills
Personality: Strong motivation, customer orientation and result, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy and good interpersonal / communication skills.
Interests: Desire to take challenges and to contribute to the path of a growing company.
