Bosch Engineering K.K. are the engineering service provider which serves individual solution for function, software development and application based on Bosch electronics system to domestic customers. We are also providing unique products as a motorsport division in Bosch.

You will work together with an international teams, and independently in a responsible position representing BEGJ. You will also be able to handle a wide variety of tasks/projects cross domains in ESP and ADAS systems for automotive and Off-road.

Your tasks will be:

• To analyze customer requirements or spec proposal
• To propose system and software design for feasibility study, prototyping and series development,
• To develop application Software for ESP or ADAS system.
• „To discuss and align software requirements / software release plans with the customer
• To test and debug application software.
• To perform Technical co-ordination with stakeholders & function developer

業務内容:

• „顧客の要望の分析及びスペックの提案
• „システムとフィジビリティの学習, プロトタイピング及びシリーズ化開発の為の提案
• „ESPまたはADASシステム用のアプリケーションソフトウェアを開発する為のシステムとソフトウェアデザインの提案
• „ソフトウェア要件/ソフトウェアリリース計画についてのディスカッション並びに調整
• „アプリケーションソフトウェアのテスト及びデバッグ
• „関係者及び機能開発者との技術的調整の実行

資格

Required skills

• Excellent understanding of Embedded software development & embedded C programming
• Deep knowledge in debugging techniques.
• Hands on s/w development tools used in different phases of development/Testing.
• Basic understanding about requirement managements.
• Japanese language skills >N4, written/spoken English competences.
• With 3+ years of working experience as application SW developer in automotive.
• „Past experience in ESP or sensor for ADAS (Radar or Camera)
• Autonomy, communication skills, pro-activity and fast-learner.

Preferable skills

• Understanding about safety or cybersecurity standards for automotive.
• Experience in model Based Software development.
• Experience in prototyping environment.
• „Understanding about sensor technologies and sensor Hardware.

• „過去にESPまたはADAS用センサー(レーダーまたはカメラ)の経験
• „自主性、コミュニケーションスキル、積極性、習得が早い
