What you’ll do:

• Direct and steward the elevation of our brand identity to ensure cohesiveness across all customer touchpoints, including internal communications
• Translate briefs from Go-To-Market, Product Marketing, and CLM into creative direction that will lead to high-performing, on-brand, cross-channel creative concepts
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders across the organization and ensure engagement and alignment on ideas
• Partner with Senior Creative Director to establish and implement a standard for improving and optimizing creative performance
• Lead, coach and inspire a team of designers and copywriters
• Ensure that creative projects are prioritized appropriately and delivered on time, on strategy and on budget
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with leadership across the company

Who you are:

• 8+ years of experience as an art director at agencies, studios or in-house
• A portfolio that demonstrates a solid sense of brand development and execution and shows strong strategic and conceptual campaign thinking
• Ability to create compelling presentations and sell work to stakeholders
• Broad awareness of trends in design culture and technology
• Experience designing for platforms including, but not limited to: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Expertise in brand, graphic, and motion design with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Figma
• Ability to lead by example and mentor younger creatives
• Desire to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment
• BFA in Graphic Design, Advertising or similar required
