We are inviting suitably qualified candidates for the following position in our Aftermarket Automobile Division:

Job Description

• Achieve business plans of each dealer in allocated area. Assist dealers to achieve full potential
• Monitor dealer performance according to data from KPI's, report deviations and initiate measures to improve performance
• Sales tracking for customers sell in/sellout and stock.
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Market visit and analysis, help customer on channel penetration/business growth.
• Customer product portfolio management/planning.
• Communicate with cross function dept. to meet customer credit/logistic/process requires.
• Market/training activities arrangement.
• Develop and acquire new business opportunities.
• Deal with customer complaints and advise on solutions

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business Studies or Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years sales experience in automotive aftermarket
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word and Database processing
• Excellent communication skills (Fluency in Mandarin and English)
• Good presentation skill
