What you’ll do:

  • Scope data and reporting initiatives to determine accurate timelines for deliverables
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Analytics, Data Warehouse, and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for analysis on the customer experience
  • Acquire data from primary and secondary sources in order to design, create, and maintain data models
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data as necessary in order to accurately and efficiently report on program effectiveness
  • Recommend operational improvements in order to increase efficiency and data reliability
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure insights are leading to action and measuring the business impact

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a quantitative field such as business, math, statistics or computer science) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years developing Salesforce reports in a business setting
  • Results driven, and take appropriate steps to achieve goals while taking ownership of situations as needed
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to talk both to the technical teams responsible for the data and comfortable explaining data and conclusions to non-technical teams
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage projects supporting multiple business partners
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for collecting, visualizing, and communicating data
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting tools, SQL, and data modeling is required
  • Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, and automation tools (i.e. Zapier) is preferred
