Job Description

Narvar is growing! We are hiring an Experiential Marketing Manager (contractor) to assist in the end-to-end event marketing strategy for Narvar. You will help develop plans for a broad spectrum of experiential programs from webinars to virtual high-touch experiences to a suite of in-person events.

Day-to-day:

  • Participate in developing domestic & international strategic experiential events to increase brand awareness and exposure, drive sales, and increase client loyalty including: Webinars, Conference Exhibits, Activations, Private Dinners, Sponsorships, Round Tables, Bespoke Events
  • Research industry events to participate in (or attend) to maximize awareness with target audiences
  • Manage all aspects of pre/post event planning and execution for the specified markets
  • Oversee all logistical relationships with preferred event vendors
  • Research and manage the calendar of events
  • Manage individual event budgets and follow up with vendor invoices
  • Work alongside Design to create on-brand, creative swag and giveaways for all events
  • Handle on-site planning and execution during all live in-person (and virtual) events

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experiential event management experience
  • Our ideal candidate is extremely organized with a go-getter attitude
  • The ability to embrace ambiguity and challenge existing norms to exceed goals
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously, self motivate, and manage daily activities
  • Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Travel required 30% of the time (domestic and international)
